1. Launch the “Device Unlock App” to check status
2(a). If you receive “Not Eligible for Unlock”, please proceed and submit your IMEI # for processing.
2(b). If you receive “Communication Error” or “Server not responding, please try again later”, DO NOT submit your order as it is not supported for unlocking (no refunds will be provided for any orders submitted with either of these error messages) Delivery: 1-5 Business Days, works daily Monday through Friday. Request mobile device unlock
- From that Application list, tap Device Unlock.
- Tap Continue.
- Choose the desired device unlock type:
- Permanent Unlock
- Temporary Unlock
Note: Temporary unlocks must be performed with a mobile data connection. Wi-Fi will not work.
- If successful, restart the device to apply the settings.
- Note: If you do not restart the device, you will have a persistent alert in the notification tray.
